The Undertaker has high praise for this absent WWE star.

With an impressive height of 2.70 m, Omos is an intimidating figure. Once a major part of WWE programming, the Nigerian giant has now largely disappeared from television. The star has only wrestled two televised matches in 2024, taking part in the Royal Rumble in January and the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal in April.

However, Omos still has the support of one of wrestling’s most influential locker room leaders, Hall of Famer The Undertaker. Speaking on the latest edition of Six Feet Under, The Deadman addressed the Raw star’s absence from television and said he hopes the company finds something for such a special talent.

“You just can’t love this guy. He’s such a good guy and it’s nice to see people like that succeed. I hope they find something good for him. Yes (he needs a big guy with him), there’s nothing else that makes sense. There’s just no one on the roster who makes sense. I don’t care who you are now. If you sacrifice that, I just won’t do it…you can’t do it. You have to be so careful with him, and there aren’t many people that I don’t think he shouldn’t just squash. He’s a modern Andre.”

“He’s a walking, living, breathing attraction” – The Undertaker On Omos

When asked if he thought Omos needed a manager to be successful, The Undertaker praised the star’s mic skills and pointed out that he needed a challenger who felt like a threat.

“He has the intellect and obviously he can talk well on the microphone. I don’t know. I think it’s just the people who present him with challenges in the first place. He is so much bigger than everyone else. You’ve got Braun Strowman out there, you’ve got Bronson Reed. I could imagine a Günther who works with Omos but really has to struggle from below.”

The Undertaker further referred to Omos as an attraction, someone who doesn’t need to hold a title to be a valuable addition to WWE programming and who should be treated with caution when booking him.

“Someone like Omos never needs to be pinned. There is always a way out somewhere, but it is not held. In almost every scenario there is nothing useful. I don’t care what comic book fantasy world you live in.

He doesn’t need a belt. He is a walking, breathing, living attraction. I could see him showing up as a heel and then something happened and he was just an ultra, mega global babyface. He doesn’t have to work every week. That’s the thing. He doesn’t have to work on TV every week.”

According to Undertaker, Omos would be a great ambassador for WWE worldwide, similar to Andre the Giant and Mark Henry.

“Whatever he can do and is willing to do because he loves the industry and loves everything that comes with it. As an active competitor, he could be a global ambassador for the sport.” Andre was the face of wrestling long before the Hogans and everyone else came along. You can’t think of a better person if you want someone to go out and represent your brand around the world, someone who’s 6 feet tall and 200 pounds, an intelligent person with a ton of personality.

In a way he’s like Mark Henry. Mark will scare you to death if you look at him if Mark has a scowl on his face. But as soon as Mark smiles, it’s like he’s a big teddy bear.”

Bobby Lashley recently addressed Omos’ future in WWE, expressing doubts about whether or not the star will have a chance at success.

Omos recently spoke about being comforted by Kevin Nash at WrestleMania 37.

Also on his podcast, The Undertaker admitted that a WWE segment “sucked.”
