Bobby and Peter Farrelly are back with a sleigh full of Christmas craziness with Paramount Plus’ first-ever original Christmas movie, Dear Santa. Get ready because this is no ordinary Saint Nick movie.

“Dear Santa” flips the trope of the Christmas movie about a child who sends Santa a Christmas wish list. Thanks to a bout of dyslexia, young Liam (Robert Timothy Smith) accidentally sent his letter to Asmodeus (aka Satan), played by Jack Black. All sorts of chaos ensues when the devil offers to grant three wishes before taking the boy’s soul. Talk about Christmas joy!

It’s been a decade since Dumb and Dumber To hit theaters, which was the last time the Farrelly Brothers made a comedy together. Considering how wild her previous films have been, something tells me this one is going to cause a lot of knee injuries.

Starring alongside Black and Smith are Keegan-Michael Key, Brianne Howey, Hayes MacArthur, Post Malone, PJ Byrne, Jaden Carson Baker and Kai Cech. “Dear Santa” will be included in Paramount Plus’ annual holiday collection “Season For Streaming” and will be available digitally on the same day.

If you’re having trouble deciding between Paramount Plus Essential or Paramount Plus with Showtime, let us help. Essential is the cheaper ad-supported option and offers access to live TV. Paramount Plus with Showtime will cost you more, and for good reason. When watching live TV, you’ll have limited commercials, access to Showtime, your local live CBS station, and the ability to download titles.
