Ben Affleck bonds with ex-wife Jennifer Garner on Thanksgiving while Jennifer Lopez goes through divorce: ‘He’s very happy’ “You could hear the bang, bang, bang,” witnesses recall of their experiences during the Park Plaza Mall shooting

There is no question that two of the greatest players in the history of the Kansas City Chiefs organization are also two of the greatest tight ends of all time: Pro Football Hall of Famer Tony Gonzalez and current Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

Gonzalez, an NFL analyst for Amazon, will be on site in Kansas City for the Chiefs’ game against the Las Vegas Raiders on Friday. And it’s fitting that he’s there because he may have the opportunity to witness Kelce break his franchise record for touchdown receptions in a Chiefs uniform. Gonzalez and Kelce enter Friday’s contest tied atop the franchise record books for career touchdown receptions with 76.

Gonzalez says if Kelce breaks the record on Friday, he would like to see Gonzalez’s patented field goal dunk celebration from his time in Kansas City. Additionally, Gonzalez has voluntarily agreed to pay if Kelce performs the celebration and will be fined for it.

“I’m so happy for him. “He’s one of the best tight ends there’s ever been,” Gonzalez said during Friday’s pregame show. “On and off the field to see how he grows. I’ve been following him since he was a rookie and that doesn’t surprise me. He’s one of the greatest tight ends of all time.”

“So how about the fans join me and then Travis pick up the torch? A lot of history is being broken in this field today and I can’t wait to see it. If he dunks it, I will pay this fine.” !”

There’s obviously a lot of mutual respect between the two franchise legends, who also happen to be two of the greatest tight ends to ever play in the NFL.

Kelce will try to break Gonzalez’s record when the Chiefs host the Raiders on Friday at 3 p.m. ET.
