This is the type of popcorn bucket that can easily become the coolest candy container ever when Halloween comes around next year. The official summary for Nosferatu describes it as “a gothic tale of obsession between a persecuted young woman and the terrifying vampire who is in love with her and causes indescribable horror.” Yes, that sounds pretty in line with the original and also with Bram Stoker’s Dracula, which FW Murnau illegally copied as early as 1922. In fact, the film was so illegal that Stoker’s widow ordered all copies of the copyright-infringing film to be destroyed. Luckily for the world, one survived. These undead are difficult to kill.
