The University of Akron football team will conclude its 2024 season by hosting the Mid-American Conference on Tuesday night against Toledo.

Akron (3-8, 2-5) is coming off a 38-17 win at Kent State in the Wagon Wheel rivalry game. Toledo (7-4, 4-3) is hoping to bounce back from a 24-7 loss to Ohio.

The Zips have lost their last four games against the Rockets. UA lost in those one-sided meetings 49-14 in 2021, 48-21 and 45-28 (MAC Championship Game) in 2017 and 48-17 in 2016. Akron has not prevailed in the series since 2013, when the Zips won 31:31. 29 at home.
