Lucky Baskhar OTT Release Date: A few days after Dulquer Salmaan’s crime thriller received positive response from audiences and critics in theaters, it is now streaming on OTT platforms.

Meenakshi Chaudhary plays the lead role in the film alongside Dulquer Salmaan. The film’s plot is set in the 1980s and revolves around the story of a banker’s mysterious wealth.

The film was announced in May 2023 and is the 32nd film of Dalquer Salmaan, son of Malayalam superstar Mammootty. It was shot in Hyderabad and the music was composed by GV Prakash Kumar. Nimish Ravi handled the camera and Naveen Nooli handled the editing.

The story revolves around a banker who mistakenly falls into the world of fraud and money laundering. Baskar, a lower-middle-class man, struggles to support his family, which is struggling with debt and humiliation. He desperately tries to find a shortcut to make a lot of money so he can solve his family’s financial problems. To escape the daily humiliation at the hands of lenders, Baskar ventures into the world of financial scams, only to meet an inevitable end. The film was produced with an estimated budget of ₹100 crore and was released worldwide on October 31.
