Adele performed her 100th show of her two-year residency on November 23rd

Following Adele’s 100th and final performance during her Las Vegas residency, the “Hello” singer expressed her gratitude to her supporters during her two-year reign in a social media post shared on Monday.

“Las Vegas, you’ve been so good to me,” Adele shared in a post alongside a video capturing her Weekends With Adele shows at the Colosseum at Caesar’s Palace. “This residence reflected something 30 it was about – lost and broken, healed and thriving! Seems so fitting in the end. In this case, all we can do is move on.”

In a tearful speech during her final show on November 23, Adele reflected on the “difficult” start to the residency and thanked her 14-year-old son Angelo and partner Rich Paul for their support. Adele had planned to begin her Las Vegas residency in January 2022, but due to “shipping delays and Covid,” she postponed the show a day before its expected start. The residency finally started in November 2022.

“These 100 shows were so easy to love,” Adele wrote of the experience. “They were all completely different because I could literally be with every single person in the room every night. I enjoyed every single second of it and am so proud of it! I will miss it terribly, and I will miss all of YOU terribly.

Adele launched Weekends With Adele in support of her 2021 album 30. Her latest album talks about her divorce, her independence and her challenges as a mother. The “Rolling in the Deep” singer previously told the German broadcaster that she would be taking a break from performing before her 10-show appearance in Munich ZDF that she would like to take “a big break” and pursue creative endeavors away from the stage.
