Ben Affleck bonds with ex-wife Jennifer Garner on Thanksgiving while Jennifer Lopez goes through divorce: ‘He’s very happy’ “You could hear the bang, bang, bang,” witnesses recall of their experiences during the Park Plaza Mall shooting

The Fantastic Four: Getting Started is nearing completion of production (if it hasn’t already) and to celebrate Thanksgiving, Mister Fantastic actor Pedro Pascal has just shared an awesome new fan-made poster.

In it, Marvel’s first family gathers for dinner in a replica of Norman Rockwell’s iconic painting “Freedom From Want.”

We’re a little surprised that Marvel Studios didn’t take the opportunity to release something like this yesterday, although we’re still not sure when the marketing campaign will fully begin (Captain America: Brave New World And lightning* Come first next year, remember).

The last time we got an official look at the reboot was when a Human Torch poster for “4-4 Day” was released. Since then, a few trailers have leaked after debuting at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con and D23 events.

Ultimates Artist Bryan Hitch also found inspiration for a cover of “Freedom From Want” during his and Mark Millar’s cover Fantastic four Comic series from the late 2000s.

At the beginning of the year, Pascal was asked what fascinated him The Fantastic Four: Getting Started. “Especially because of the cast I would be a part of. Matt Shakman, the director, was a lifelong friend of mine. And because of the influence of the Marvel world, she has written so much popular entertainment content.”

The Reed Richards actor added: “And being invited to this experience is something I couldn’t say no to. I love comics and I love being in a family.”

You can take a closer look at this new fan poster The Fantastic Four: Getting Started below.

Set against the vivid backdrop of a 1960s-inspired, retro-futuristic world, Marvel Studios’ The Fantastic Four: Getting Started introduces Marvel’s first family – Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic (Pedro Pascal), Sue Storm/Invisible Woman (Vanessa Kirby), Johnny Storm/Human Torch (Joseph Quinn), and Ben Grimm/The Thing (Ebon Moss-Bachrach), as they face their biggest challenge yet.

Forced to balance their role as heroes with the strength of their familial bond, they must defend Earth from a ravenous space god named Galactus (Ralph Ineson) and his enigmatic herald Silver Surfer (Julia Garner). And if Galactus’ plan to devour the entire planet and everyone on it wasn’t bad enough, things suddenly get very personal.

Paul Walter Hauser, John Malkovich and Natasha Lyonne were cast in mystery roles.

Director Matt Shakman worked with both of them Avatar: The Way of Water Co-author Josh Friedman and WandaVision‘s Cam Squires on The Fantastic Four: Getting Started‘ Screenplay, with Eric Pearson (Black widow) came on board later for the finishing touches.

The film is scheduled to hit theaters on July 25, 2025.
