Jodie Turner-Smith was excited to show off her daughter Evil – even though she didn’t fully understand the plot.

On Tuesday, November 26th, The agency The 38-year-old actress appeared on an episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and talked about how she recently took her 4½-year-old daughter Juno for a visit Evil on Broadway.

“And you took her to visit Evil? On Broadway, not in the movies,” Fallon asked.

“I did. Fallon asked if Juno had ever seen the original film. The Wizard of Ozpreviously, to which Turner-Smith said she had not done so.

“She must have asked, ‘What’s wrong?’ Oh my God,” Fallon laughed. “She didn’t even see it The Wizard of Oz?”

“She has never been seen before Wizard of Oz. But I just love Evil “So much so, and it’s my favorite musical,” Turner-Smith continued. “And I just love it.” I was excited. I felt like it. I wasn’t the only one with a 4½-year-old in it.”

In June, Turner-Smith appeared on an episode of Today with Hoda & Jenna and talked about how becoming a mother to her daughter affected her confidence.

When asked what becoming a mother means to her, Turner-Smith quickly replied that motherhood is one of her “favorite things.”

“Honestly, my favorite thing about myself is that I’m this girl’s mother. I’m just so grateful that she chose me to be her mother; that I was allowed to have this gift in life,” Turner-Smith said. “It’s my favorite activity. I mean, it’s just an honor.”

“I feel like it was our birthright to be a mother – whether we bring our children or not, I think it’s a woman’s birthright. We hold space for the people around us. It changed everything about me. It just enriched me. It did.” Showed me, #1, how powerful I am. It’s like, Supreme Being – wow!”
