Wells College is looking for a buyer: The private liberal arts college at Cayuga Lake closed at the end of June after 156 years in business. The campus is now for sale. A listing from commercial real estate firm CBRE is seeking offers for the college’s more than 20 classroom, dining, office and residential buildings, as well as athletic facilities, including a large turf field and tennis courts. No price is listed, but Cayuga County values ​​the campus at $8.5 million.
