Ben Affleck bonds with ex-wife Jennifer Garner on Thanksgiving while Jennifer Lopez goes through divorce: ‘He’s very happy’ “You could hear the bang, bang, bang,” witnesses recall of their experiences during the Park Plaza Mall shooting

The new 3×3 Unrivaled league suffered a second major blow on Thanksgiving when Las Vegas Aces star Kelsey Plum withdrew from competition.

She announced the news on Instagram, saying, “I have decided not to participate in the first season of Unrivaled in order to take some more time for myself this off-season.”

“I appreciate the league’s understanding and accommodating spirit. ‘I wish the league and all players nothing but the best and look forward to watching!’

This follows Caitlin Clark’s decision not to participate in the offseason competition despite reports of a seven-figure offer.

The Unrivaled season begins on January 17th and lasts until March. The next WNBA season is expected to begin in May.

Plum had been included in the Laces squad, one of six teams formed for the competition.

She was set to be on the team along with Kayla McBride, Alyssa Thomas, Courtney Williams, Kate Martin and Stefanie Dolson.

Plum, 30, played 44 games for the Aces last season and also won Olympic gold for Team USA in Paris.

In early 2024, Plum divorced former NFL player Darren Waller after less than a year of marriage.

“I am devastated. “I walked through fire for this man, but now I see it’s time to go,” Plum said on X.

“God has given me an incredible life and I am truly so grateful for the deep love of my family and friends.” One day I will tell my story, today is not that day.

“Thank you for the grace to process my pain, forgive, and move forward. “Today and every day, I will continue to choose joy.”
