Ben Affleck bonds with ex-wife Jennifer Garner on Thanksgiving while Jennifer Lopez goes through divorce: ‘He’s very happy’ “You could hear the bang, bang, bang,” witnesses recall of their experiences during the Park Plaza Mall shooting

The Green Bay Packers are 8-3 this season and have won six of their last seven games. They defeated the San Francisco 49ers 38-10 last week and will look to keep the positive momentum going into Week 13.

On Thanksgiving, the Packers host the Miami Dolphins in a prime-time game where the forecast predicts lows of 20 degrees with cloudy conditions. Miami quarterback Tua Taggovailoa is already trying to turn the narrative around his cold-weather play.

While he focuses on that, those on the Packers want to make sure Jordan Love gets the recognition he deserves. Something he didn’t get last Thanksgiving.

Tight end Tucker Kraft said the team is focused on getting Love a turkey leg. Something he didn’t get last year.

“I’m pretty sure Greg actually set up, right? He started eating it before we had the chance. We’ll make sure Jordan gets it this year. We will make sure of that.”

Running back AJ Dillion echoed the same sentiment on 97.3’s “The Game,” saying FOX owes Love a turkey leg from last season. This year’s game will be broadcast on NBC, but the same statement applies to them.

Last year the Packers played the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving and won 29-22. Love was the best player on the field, completing 22 of 32 for 268 yards and three passing touchdowns.

Normally the MVP of the Thanksgiving game gets the turkey leg, but that didn’t happen for the Packers’ young signal caller.

His teammates want that to change this season as they expect their franchise QB to step up and lead them to victory again. If that’s the case on Thursday night, we should expect Love to get a big bite of the turkey leg. His teammates will definitely make it this year.
