Star Wars: Skeleton Crew is one of the most anticipated entries in the star Wars Franchise. According to co-creator Chris Ford, the children of the series view the Jedi as fairy-tale characters.

We wanted to incorporate the idea that these children have heard of Jedi and stories of good versus evil, just as our planet has fairy tales or King Arthur stories about the Knights of the Round Tablesaid Ford in an interview with The HoloFiles. We wanted to make sure we did it in a careful way so that it didn’t feel like a weird meta thing.
