Auliʻi Cravalho and Dwayne Johnson combine petals and palm trees in a 3D floral Oscar de la Renta dress and Amiri jacket at the premiere of “Moana 2.”

Auliʻi Cravalho gave tropical flowers an ethereal touch for the premiere of “Moana 2” in London on Sunday. The actress reprized her title role in the sequel to the 2016 film, which stars Dwayne Johnson.

For the special occasion, Cravalho chose an Oscar de la Renta dress. The floor-length, sleeveless dress featured a full, light ocean blue tulle skirt with a sheer cutout detail across the bust.

Tropical pink flowers and green leaves flow across the bodice and upper skirt, adding a textured, three-dimensional touch. Cravalho completed the look with Christian Louboutin heels and accessorized with jewelry from Effy Jewelry and Graziela Gems.

Cravalho’s pixie bob was styled in playful waves by Cynthia Alvarez. Her makeup was a radiant look with a hint of pink on the lips, created by artist Kirin Bhatty. Cravalho’s look was styled by Jessica Paster, who has worked with Quinta Brunson and Aubrey Plaza, among others.

During the premiere, Cravalho posed on the red carpet with her co-star Johnson. He opted for his own take on tropical inspiration, paying homage to the film with an Amiri suede blouson jacket. The black jacket featured palm tree embroidery throughout, a pointed collar, a two-way zipper, and long sleeves with buttoned cuffs.

Cravalho is just the latest star to style a look courtesy of Oscar de la Renta. Pamela Anderson wore several of the label’s dresses during her promotional tour for The Last Showgirl. Selena Gomez also wore an Oscar de la Renta look when she attended the Rare Impact Fund benefit in Los Angeles last October.

“Moana 2” follows the titular character as she heads into uncharted waters and experiences an adventure unlike any she has ever experienced before. The animated film hits theaters on Wednesday.
